A lot of you are getting in touch saying you are struggling in various ways emotionally and physically with the lock down, especially now it's been extended. So here are a few things that can help you to get through this at home....
Aromatherapy helps you both mentally and physically. It works on all types of stress and works in 3 different ways.

STEP ONE- Eyes

Cleanse your face twice. First cleanse with Soothing Cleansing Lotion or Transforming Cleanser, remove with damp flannel. Second cleanse use Melatogenine Refreshing Cleansing Cream.
