CANCELLATION POLICY
A CANCELLATION / NO SHOW fee of 50% will be automatically charged to your account if you fail to turn up to your appointment or cancel with less than 24hrs notice Repeated cancellations / No shows will result in paying a deposit at time of booking or being removed from my client list.
Late arrivals and Cancellations
Please arrive 5mins prior to your appointment time; mobile phones should be switched off upon arrival to ensure a tranquil atmosphere. Please respect other people treatments when entering the salon.
If you are going to be late for an appointment we would be grateful if you could let us know by calling the salon on 01279 871004. If you arrive late for a treatment we reserve the right to cut short your treatment to finish at the scheduled time, or to offer you an alternative, shorter treatment, however we will endeavour to carry out the full treatment time wherever possible.

Patch Tests - You will be required to have a patch test for any brow/ lash treatment
PATCH TESTING: What is it and Why is it so important? What is it?
A patch test applies a small amount of product to the skin which allows the client and the therapist to check the area for any signs of a reaction. You’ll be able to identify an allergy before you’re fully exposed to the products. Patch testing is for your safety and convenience.
How do I receive a patch test?
We offer a patch test which must be performed at least 48 hours before your treatment. This is where we will apply a blob of the tint to your skin so we can see if you may possibly be allergic to the tint before we put it anywhere near your eyes.
Patch testing is required at least every 6 months and after any changes in medical history, inc if you have had Covid or had the vaccine.
Please arrange a time for this as I can no longer have people just popping in.

Our Beauty friends around the world have noticed people who have had Covid-19 have had nasty reactions to tint. This is believed to be due to Covid affecting the immune system. So better to be safe than sorry.
I know these things may be annoying but these are put in place to keep you safe.

NO CHILDREN
In the interest of Health & Safety, Insurance and the comfort of other clients, a 'No Children in the treatment room' policy is implemented at Leanne's Health & Beauty. We cannot accept responsibility for a child's welfare so for the safety of staff, the salon and the child, we ask that clients not bring their children when attending appointments. We thank you for your understanding.
Price Alteration
We reserve the right to alter prices, amend/cancel offers without prior notice. Current prices valid from Nov 2024
Courses
All courses are valid for one year form date of purchase any courses which have not been used with in the year will be void, All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your course.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated, and are valid until the end of the month stated on the voucher.
Gift voucher will be VOID after the expiry date.
Tipping
From October 2024, a new law regarding tipping and service charges now ensure that all tips go directly to the staff member, with no deductions from service fees.
Please note, a small processing fee will be applied if you wish to tip via card payment.
Smoking
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.
