Safely Remove Gel Lacquer at Home
Start by gently buffing or filing the top coat of your nails to break the seal of the gel polish. Make sure to only file the top of the nail. Filing too deep will rough up the nailbed. Soak a cotton ball in Gel Polish Remover, place on the fingernail and wrap in tin foil.
After approx 15 mins remove the cotton balls and foil, the gel polish should flake off fairly easily. Try not to scrape any remaining product off the nail.
Once you’ve removed your gel nails, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! using a cuticle oil

If you have OPI Gel Colour, or any other gel based nail product on your nails, extra time is needed for soaking this off; you must state this at time of booking
To get the maximum benefit from your treatment it is best if you can arrive with clean, unpolished nails. This enables the therapist to spend more time on your treatment
